We’ve redefined what a rehearsal space can be.

Our three purpose-built live studios in Dubai are fully soundproofed and acoustically treated, designed to deliver the perfect environment for musicians to create, rehearse, and record with ease.

Each room is pre-miked and ready to play, featuring professional-grade drums, amplifiers, and microphones. All you need to bring are your guitars, pedals, and cymbals. The setup is seamless with the aid of our team of professional audio engineers, letting you focus entirely on your sound.

We include live stereo recording with every session free of charge and offer multitrack recording as an add-on for artists who want to capture every detail of their performance.

Terms & Conditions

  • If you need to hire cymbals or any other rental equipment, please contact us for availability and rates as those are not included in the booking fee and are charged separately.
  • While we entertain patrons shooting video for their own social media channels or for EPKs, professional shoots with a professional team are not included in these rates. Please contact us should you wish to produce a professional shoot.
  • You may reschedule your booking prior to 48 hours from commencement time.
  • Last minute cancellations are not entertained. No refunds allowed.
  • Booking hours must be used within 45 days from the first rehearsal. Unused hours cannot be carried over.
  • Rates do not apply for corporate hire or artists represented by an event company or that have a big international following. Contact us for tailored rates.
  • You are expected to comply with the regulations set by the facility, including room capacity. Please inform us if you’re bringing guests aside from the musicians in your group beyond the stated capacity of the rooms.
